Dan has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years now, he has also been working for Sixth Sense Fitness on and off for 6 years, and now is managing the facility. Dan has worked in private, public Health clubs and being self employed gaining experience and knowledge from a wide range. He loves Personal Training and taking classes, it has been his ambition to help people from day one. He runs his own Boot Camps with Pete Crilly, and has his own successful Personal Training business called Barker's Fitness.

The Oracle of nutrition and food supplementation – Tracy has thrived in the industry for over 25 years. Former Army cross country champion, she has passed her knowledge and expertise on to countless athletes. Owner of a very successful personal training business – Tracy caters for a wide variety of clients, incorporating small group fitness sessions to specific programming. Tracy can boast a 100% success rate in training candidates for entry into the military or emergency services.

Laura Pepper

Laura is a qualified Level 2 Gym instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, Laura has attended an Insanity Training Course and is now Certified to take Insanity classes. Laura has an admin background and decided to turn her hobby into a career which has definitely proven to be the right thing to do as she shows great potential for the years to come! Laura has got truly stuck in motivating and pushing people to reach their targets and goals.

Pete Crilly

Level 3 Personal Trainer

Pete started working for Sixth Sense in early 2015, he has excelled himself in taking a variety of exercise classes and planning effective exercise programmes. He is a great motivator and will push you hard and has a great sense of humour to get you through those tough workouts. He also runs his own Boot Camps with Dan Barker at Sixth Sense Fitness. He plans on getting into powerlifting competitions and looking to gain more qualifications involving Olympic lifting and strength conditioning.

Owen Rivers

Owen is in his last year of college, in his spare time he works in the gym helping set up and teach the classes at Sixth Sense Fitness. He also works at another facility called Cross Fit Bull where he coaches Cross Fit kids and adult classes. He wants to achieve his Cross Fit level 2 and level 3 Personal Training. He also would like to work up to gain a degree in strength and conditioning. He has a great passion for fitness and his determination and motivation has a knock on effect to the group when he takes a class!

Lisa has 20 years experience of teaching group exercise classes. She Moved to Canada 9 years ago and fell in love with the Les Mills programmes and qualified as a BodyAttack and BodyStep instructor. In 2007 Lisa returned to the UK and joined the Sixth Sense team. Last year she found a new love of BodyBalance & became a qualified Instructor.

Charlie has worked in the Fitness Industry for 6 years, her journey started as a self concious girl in the back row of a Sixth Sense class and it completely changed her life. Her passion now lies in helping people be the best and happiest version of themselves. As a Mum to 3 young children, Charlie is well acquainted with the challenges of Pre and Postnatal training, specialising in this area. She can also be found covering Bodyattack and Core classes.
