Cross Training - A varied class involving anything from running, rowing to olympic lifting

Fatigues - The name says it all, each muscle group gets a tough workout which will fatigue your muscles through many different bodyweight exercises to music, its fun, no equipment needed- just you, the music and the Instructor

Core Conditioning- (30 Mins) With an instructor, do a variety of exercises aiming directly to your core, lower back and bum.  From the plank, to sit ups feel results in just 4 sessions!

Body Attack- Get a sweat on in an enjoyable high intensity interval aerobic style class to music. Different releases and tracks each week to keep you on your toes!

Body Balance - The Body Balance program is a mixture of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates that builds your flexibility and strength. Controlled breathing is paired with a series of carefully structured stretches, moves and poses. 

Fight Club- A boxing style circuit class. In pairs, push each other round 40 stations hitting every major muscle group in the body.
Remember - "What happens in Fight Club, stays in Fight Club"

Body Challenge- The main event, a pairs circuit which will push you and your partner to the limit. A good base level of fitness is recommended.
